Workshop conclusion

On 30th May the workshop “Eco-friendly packaging Design”, organised within the Master in Echo-Design & Echo Innovation, was concluded. It was promoted from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Camerino and led by Professors Lucia Pietroni, Sveva Barbera and Marco Capellini. As a conclusion of its activities, the results of the Master were presented on this date to a commision composed by University teachers, one of the owners of Valtenna, and representatives from Comieco. On this occasion some samples realized to the plotter from the designs supplied from the students were presented. This event was the conclusion of a profitable path of cooperation with Valtenna. This cooperation started on 19th may when the students of the Master visited Valtenna premises. They were showed how the production works, the working processes and the products Valtenna produces. On 23rd Valtenna holder Loris Moretti met with the students to verify the feasibility to realize the models made by hand and to see any possible project changes. On 30th the finished works have been presented officially. For Valtenna this experience was very positive and satisfactory. Valtenna has always been interested in studying techniques oriented to the defense of the environment, that’s why this was a particularly challenging situation. Valtenna has already expressed its availability for next year to cooperate with the University again, wishing the same enthusiasm and succes of this edition.
