Collapsible · boxes convertible with a simple gesture, from flat to three-dimensional version, closure with magnet insertion.
Monomaterial Boxes · Boxes made of cellulose-based material instead of foam and plastic and solutions resulting from careful research on sustainability.
Folding · packaging obtained by processing cardboard and microflute.
Light Core is the result of internal research at Valtenna, with a transfer of expertise between the two company divisions (rigid coated pack and paperboard). A series of technical innovations enabled the production of coated packs with a light corrugated core, preserving the functional and aesthetic quality of the packaging with a weight reduction of 30%.
The system is compatible with a wide morphological variety of structures and provides for the use of internal dividers made with a cellulosic core, in order to realise fully recyclable single-material packaging and to encourage the replacement of thermoformed plastic and foam inserts.
